How are working days calculated:

The first working day is the working day after the order with all required documents has been received before 10 a.m. on a working day.

Example: If the order is received with all the necessary documents at 9:30 a.m. on a working day, the following working day is the first working day. If the order is received with all the necessary documents on a day that is not a working day or after 10:00 a.m., the day after next but one is the first working day.

Central European Summer Time (CEST) or Central European Time (CET) applies in Berlin. (UTC+1, during summer time UTC+2)

What are working days:

Working days are Monday to Friday, with the exception of weekdays that fall on a German public holiday. Public holidays that only apply in individual federal states are considered German public holidays.

Necessary queries and missing documents:

If, after reviewing the documents, queries or additional documentation are required, the start of the delivery period will be postponed until all outstanding questions have been clarified or all required documents and papers have been received.

No delivery guarantee, no liability for the delivery date:

The stated delivery time is not guaranteed. It is intended as a guide. The surcharge for a shortened delivery time of only 4, 2 or 1 working days is a fee for the order being prioritized over other orders with longer delivery times. If a shortened delivery time cannot be met, the surcharge for early processing can be refunded on request. If the delivery time exceeds 10 working days after all required documents have been submitted and all necessary queries have been clarified, a subsequent discount of 50% on the invoice amount will be granted. Liability for failure to meet a delivery time is excluded.
